Our goal at Hallmark Properties is to take the stress out of buying or selling property and to provide personal and professional service to each of our clients.
 We assist each client with their unique needs, from selecting and having them qualified by a lender to answering any and all their questions about the transaction. Every transaction is different and we understand the many variables each one may encounter.
Our real estate agents negotiate for our clients on every point of the transaction, from negotiating the sales price and terms, to assisting with financing and escrow. We handle the coordination of the transaction and paperwork. We help in the repair process and reference clients to those who have done good work in the past.

Hallmark Properties does weekly research into the changing market condition to better inform our clients. We understand how inventory and absorption rates affect the market.

Background
Owner/Broker Dave Christoff moved to Woodburn in 1968, and with his wife Jane, has raised two children here. Dave became a Realtor in 1977, and began managing Woodburn real estate firms in 1985. In 1995, Dave opened his own real estate business, Hallmark Properties, Inc. Hallmark Properties serves the entire Willamette Valley and is a member of the Salem, Portland, and Woodburn Senior Estates multiple listing services.
